By far the most pleasant experience I have had to date with any professional home buildingserivce/purchase. and his crew were extremely professional from the very beginning estimate through the completion of the project. I was initially concerned that their quality would superceed my budget, but boy was I wrong. We had 4 deck estimates and Urban was the most competitively priced of all. Our deck is beautiful and the design they created is awesome. I would highly recommend UD&D to everyone.

Our backyard is like a dream vacation! No need to go anywhere else. Due to a crazy weather our project dragged on a bit long, but the end result is a joy. Mike and his crews did a quality job and he continued to turn our ideas into reality. Of course that comes with a price and my only recommendation would be to understand the costs of additions and changes in advance, but we honestly couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome of our new Patio, Gable, Fireplace and mudroom addition.

I hired Urban Designs (UD) to replace an existing screened-in porch with a new porch and a solid roof that permanently attached to the house. UD performed beautifully and I am very pleased with the final results. UD did a very thorough and complete job including complete cleanup. I would hire UD again and would recomend them to my friends.

What an addition to our home! We added a 450sq. ft. porch to the back our home.
