In addition, I would actually consider the owner a friend of mine after having interacted with him day in and day out on this project. Thanks to Urban Designs I have a beautiful new deck and new smartboard siding on my home. I was amazed at the craftmanship they demonstrated. Even in late fall with some pretty cold temperatures, the crew showed up on time each day and worked hard. I was impressed with their positive attitudes, excellent work ethic and knowledge. The project manager, kept me in the loop on the project - even when a few unexpected expenses arose due to the previous home owner's neglect. I had a stamped concrete patio, and a replacement deck done. I am very picky, and was completely satisfied with their work. They took their time and did the job right, and even cleaned up the job site before leaving for the day. I would definitely recommend them to do any type of work.

I hired Urban Designs (UD) to replace an existing screened-in porch with a new porch and a solid roof that permanently attached to the house. UD performed beautifully and I am very pleased with the final results. UD did a very thorough and complete job including complete cleanup. I would hire UD again and would recomend them to my friends.

Mike and his crews did a quality job and he continued to turn our ideas into reality. Of course that comes with a price and my only recommendation would be to understand the costs of additions and changes in advance, but we honestly couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome of our new Patio, Gable, Fireplace and mudroom addition.

They worked long hours in very hot conditions, and they were very professional as well as pleasant to be around. They even took good care of our dogs while we were away at work. Mike and his crew were very friendly and courteous. Very professional!! Had a deck built first, then hired them back to put in a side walk and privacy fence. I will be hiring them again to build me a shed. I would recommend Urban Design to anyone that needs anything done around the house. Very pleased with their work and prices. Very professional!
